Return Policy

To return a qualifying product to the store, return the item unopened and unused with receipt, within 7 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests for refunds will be denied if the item has been used or installed.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Keys, Batteries, Electronics, Oils, Lights, Audio, Tools and Paint, Chemicals, Loose Individual Items

• Final Sale Products

• Labor

• Cut to Length Items (hose/wiring/ect.)

• Non-Stocking Special Order Items

• Gift Cards/Receipts

DAS AUTO PARTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT. RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED BASED ON ITEMS BEING RETURNED. STORE CREDITS DO NOT EXPIRE, CUSTOMER MUST KEEP ORIGINAL COPY OF STORE CREDIT FOR PURCHASING ITEMS.

Special Order Policy

Special orders are defined as non-stocking items. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders are be subject to a standard $4.00 shipping fee, however large items/express deliveries may incur other charges. Special orders must have at least a 50% deposit before order is placed. Certain items will require full payment at the time of ordering.

DAS Auto Parts Limited Warranty

All warranties must be claimed with the original receipt. Warranty period begins from receipt date. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, commercial or marine use. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle.

 

Most items come with a manufacture warranty whose terms and conditions are set by the manufacture of the product. These warranties MUST be claimed directly through the manufacture. There are however some items which will be warrantied directly in store. These in store warranties may only be claimed with original receipt.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DAS AUTO PARTS, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. DAS AUTO PARTS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DAS AUTO PARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
